This unusual and distinctive mustard is a wonderful celebration of our local Herefordshire roots - apples, cider and great mustard-making.
Deliciously fruity, it is made with Old Rosie™ Cider (from our local Weston's Cider Mill) and fresh Bramley Apples. A medium to mild mustard, it's great with Ham, Gammon and Cheese. It's also great for coating meat or adding to gravy (and makes the best crackling).
Cider with Rosie Mustard™ is very popular. In 2008, it was voted the 'Best Boozy Mustard' by the audience of the Market Kitchen Programme - beating Fortnum & Mason's own Beer Mustard.
Delia says: "This is my favourite mustard for Gammon - the cider and the fresh apples really bring out that lovely flavour."

Designed with Passion and Hand-Made with Love™, our products are hand-made naturally and locally in Herefordshire and are free from Artificial Additives or Preservatives.
