Most Champagne Mustards are made using champagne vinegar. We prefer the real fizz of bubbly.

Fizzing with lots of lovely bubbles, this is a subtle and stylish mustard of understated elegance. The ultimate decadence with smoked salmon. Try our recipes for Scallops with a Mustard-Dill Drizzle or Dover Sole à la Champagne (one of our customers said his own attempt rivalled that from the famous Padstow Rick Stein restaurant).

Delia says: "This is an essential mustard for making elegant (and quick) sauces for fish, seafood and chicken."

Designed with Passion and Hand-Made with Love™, our products are hand-made naturally and locally in Herefordshire and are free from Artificial Additives or Preservatives.
