This classic, hot English mustard was our best-selling mustard when we launched our business in 2007. It's now back forever (and ever) due to popular demand.

Our version of classic English mustard is full-bodied, with delicate spices (which provide depth of flavour). It's also wonderfully smooth, featuring the lovely Cat's Whisker's Ale from our local brewery. It's an absolute must for the storecupboard and cooking.

Boozy English Mustard is our best mustard for steak, but is great with everything else. It's so good, we sold some to French mustard connoisseur's at the Ludlow Food Festival - Alan Sugar style!

Delia says: "This is my second 'desert-island' mustard - I'd have to take two as they are both unique and absolutely essential for my desert-island kitchen!"

Our founder, Delia, developed each of our mustards to have their own distinctive flavour and character. Each mustard has it's own unique recipe and enjoys a distinctive blend of spices, herbs and vinegars for full flavour. Some feature local cider, beer or apples for an extra flourish.
