We received a tremendous amount of applications from some really great producers, and took all qualifying applications to the BBC Good Food Kitchens to be judged by a panel including Gillian Carter, Lulu Grimes and Clare Hargreaves*. There were some difficult decisions to make but we made them based on the producers' passion, quality of product and thought of how much you, our visitors, would like to meet them, sample and buy their outstanding produce!"
