Our range of chutneys, pickles and relishes have been designed by Delia to have a distinctive flavour and character. With it's own unique recipe, each has a varied blend of spices, herbs and vinegars. Our chutneys, pickles and relishes offer full flavour and diversity of use, some feature local cider, beer or vinegar for an extra flourish.


Cheltenham Officer's Chutney
A Best-seller, Cheltenham Officer's Chutney is served in Luxury Hotels, Country Houses and High-Class Restaurants. Bursting with apples, dates, fresh garlic and ginger, it is a great cheeseboard chutney. It is also superb with cold meats or curries and was recognised with a Taste of the West Award in 2009.
 

   

Date & Walnut Chutney
Dates & Walnuts are as essential to Christmas as the three wise men. Our delicious chutney is a traditional part of English Festive Fayre and great for the cheese board. Seasonal product available October to December only.
 

   

Herefordshire Apple Chutney
A delicious, fruity chutney that is as smooth in taste as it is in texture. Delicious with most foods, but particularly Cheese, Pork & Bacon. Very popular and fantastic in a roast pork or fried bacon sandwich, or with traditional pork pie.
 

   

Ledbury Farmhouse Pickle
Named in honour of our home town, this is a delicious and spicy (but not hot) natural pickle. With a mellow golden flavour, it transforms a traditional Ploughman's Lunch. It is also excellent with cold chicken or in a cheese sandwich.
 

   

Mango, Apple & Perry Chutney
A wonderful fruity chutney (fresh mangoes, apples and oranges with chilli and ginger), that is full of flavour and spicy depth, with the distinctive flavour of our local Perry & Perry Vinegar shining through. Great as a condiment, as well as for glazes, chicken dishes and cheese. Diamond Award Finalist 2009.
 

   

Plummy Port Chutney
Deliciously fresh and fruity, this chutney has a medium texture and flavours of plum, orange and delicate spices, rounded off with ruby port. Designed for serving with baked camembert, but good with any cheese, ham, salads and paté.
 

   

Raffles Tiger Relish
We celebrate everything that is great about Far Eastern Cuisine in this lovely sweet but spicy relish. Think chilli, lemongrass ... and white sandy beaches. Great with cheese, burgers, sausages and spicy food. Just perfect for the 'Wild Tiger Toastie'.
