Gift Vouchers & Gift Wrapping

Gift vouchers can be redeemed at any time within 2 years from purchase.

We offer a Gift Wrapping Service for £3.00 per item, with delivery direct to the recipient by Royal Mail or courier (available upon request). This includes a luxury hand-crafted gift card, with a personal message written on your behalf.

Delivery

Please let us know when ordering if you require delivery by a specific date so we can be sure to meet your deadline. Goods would normally be despatched next day, but occasionally it may take longer if we are low on stock (we hand-make our products using traditional methods).

Items with delivery charges under £8.75 are sent by Royal Mail and are subject to their delivery schedules. If you prefer smaller items to go by courier to guarantee delivery, this can be organised - just send us an email or make special delivery instructions on your order and we will contact you to arrange this.

Goods over £8.75 are automatically sent by next-day courier, which you can track online and will require a signature. If you (or the recipient) will not be available to sign for the package, please leave details of where the parcel can be left. Alternatively, you will be left a card and can organise with the courier to deliver at your convenience (please note that there are no Saturday deliveries).
