Who are we?

Three Counties Gourmet is a young, exciting and innovative regional producer, owned and run by Delia Swift & Christopher Bell (a dedicated and passionate husband and wife team). On the team are also the unlucky parents; Jim & June Swift (whom mistakenly thought they'd retired some eight years earlier and regularly travel up from Portsmouth for a touch of slave labour).

At food festivals you may also meet some of our lovely young protegés, most of whom would be wonderfully motivated star pupils from The Chase School in Great Malvern (Chris also happens to be a dedicated teacher). Intrigued? Then please do read on ...
